We offer a 30-day return policy. You have 30 days after delivery to request a return.

Return eligibility

To qualify, the item must be unused, unwashed, free from pet hair and odors, and returned with its original packaging and proof of purchase. Items sent back without authorization may not be accepted.

Return shipping

Customers are responsible for approved return-shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or different from what was ordered. Original shipping charges are nonrefundable.

Damaged, defective, or incorrect items

Please inspect your order when it arrives. Contact us promptly at hello@bobbindays.com with your order number and clear photos if your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect. We will review the issue and provide an appropriate replacement, refund, or other remedy.
